“I have never had a healthy understanding of food. Growing up I was told carbs were bad, don’t eat late at night, and say no to dessert. I was always the one making sacrifices, watching everyone else around me eat whatever they wanted. Thinking about food took up a lot of space in my mind whether I was stressed about what my next meal would look like or regretting what I had just eaten, knowing I would never be thin. The battle of watching what I ate and dieting was a never ending cycle of ups and downs with short-lived “results.”

I finally reached a point where I felt completely lost, controlled by food. I was tired of always feeling self-conscious and it was ruining my ability to enjoy life.

I wasn’t actually sure what I was looking for when I reached out to Morgaine, but I figured it couldn’t hurt to ask for some tips. She offered to chat and in one phone call she immediately debunked everything I was told growing up that was causing my never ending battle with weight loss and unhealthy food choices. I already felt like a fog was lifted and I felt more positive about getting back on track, but of course in the back of my head I just figured like everything else I had tried it wouldn’t actually last.

But that one call has led to what has now been 6 months of Morgaine’s support and guidance and a whole new perspective on what it means to eat right and take care of your body. I can proudly say that I am already 10 lbs. lighter, although the work doesn’t just stop here. With Morgaine’s insight there is so much more than just the number on a scale to be proud of. I am motivated to continue with the changes I have made because I know that I am taking care of my body, feeling healthier and happier. My mindset and relationship with food has changed and I am a more confident person, just from the way I feel on the inside.

I am no longer controlled by unhealthy cravings due to an unbalanced diet. I am in control of what I eat, able to choose the things I enjoy, not because I feel like I need to have something but simply because I want it.

Having someone there to help set goals, stay on track, and motivate me to keep going made this process simple and attainable. Morgaine isn’t there to judge or criticize your history of eating, but provides positivity and light to leading a happier, confident life.

I am so thankful I made the decision just to reach out for advice because I had no idea it would lead me to where I am today. This was not a successful diet, this was a lifestyle change and an eye opening learning experience in which I am going to continue to make healthy and positive changes every day.”
